About the Role
As the Senior Product Manager – Growth and Ops, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and strong growth of our Kamino and Morpho L2s products. You will not only help operate and scale critical systems, but also play a key role in shaping the future of financial markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day monitoring and operations: add new vaults/markets, ensure proper (automated) reallocation, and coordinate with suppliers and borrowers to maximize efficiency
  • Drive product KPIs and growth—doing “whatever it takes”
  • Identify and resolve operational issues
  • Review existing products to assess safety and security
  • Build tooling, reporting systems, and automation to enhance operational excellence

Our Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • An entrepreneurial mindset—you’re a self-starter, driven, and passionate about building
  • Experience in market infrastructure in TradFi, CeFi, or DeFi
  • Deep knowledge of DeFi lending protocols, especially Morpho, Aave, Compound, Kamino, or other vault-based lending systems
  • Familiarity with economic modeling, financial mathematics, or quantitative analysis in a DeFi context
  • Ability to read and understand code
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty
  • A detail-oriented and rigorous approach to work
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally and translate complex financial requirements into scalable solutions
  • Bonus: Experience writing production-level Python and/or smart contracts
